Cancellation Policy

Life happens, I get it! But please give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment and no-shows will be charged 30% of the scheduled service to the card on file. If the card on file doesn’t work you won’t be able to book again.
if you’re running late, just let me know! After 15 we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment so I can keep everyone else on schedule!
